Description
Features:
- This drive is a DC three-phase brushless control board that requires the motor to have Hall for normal operation
- This drive is only applicable to DC brushless Hall motors with an electrical angle of 120 degrees
- Newly upgraded BLDC wide voltage 6-60V high-power 400W DC three-phase brushless Hall controller, supporting PLC 0-5V analog control
- Support PWM control amplitude 2.5-5V
Parameter:
- MA MB MC phase line output connected to motor
- The 5V GND motherboard comes with a 5V power supply (the external power supply current can not exceed 50MA)
- VCC GND main power supply (external DC power supply)
- SC speed pulse signal output (only interface reserved, no technical support provided)
- DIR direction control forward and reverse control interface (low level effective for external switch to ground)
- STOP stop control interface (low level effective for grounding external switch)
- BRAKE brake control brake control interface (high level effective for 5V external switch)
- Speed regulation control speed regulation signal input (board integrated potentiometer speed regulation can also be externally connected with 0-5V analog PWM dual signal input speed regulation)
- Ha Hb Hc+5V GND Hall signal power supply input interface, generally motors with Hall have corresponding 5 wires
Stable performance after upgrading the patch process with forward and reverse stop braking function
Debugging instructions:
Please read and understand before powering on and testing the machine. It’s very important!!!
After receiving the driver board, first check if the interface matches your brushless motor interface.
- There are usually 5 Hall cables or interfaces on brushless motors, of which 2 are Hall power cables and 3 are Hall signal cables. It is important to distinguish them, especially the Hall power supply cables (Hall power supply cables are usually red and black, and some are not, and it is unclear how to find the motor manufacturer). Do not make mistakes. The three Hall signal cables are usually marked with a b c, and there are similar characters such as ha Hb Hc on the drive board, which correspond to each other and are connected properly
- There are three relatively thick phase lines on the motor, and there are also three phase line interfaces on the drive board. They are marked with characters such as MA MB MC, and are also connected properly. After confirming that there are no errors, the main power supply can only work normally when powered on. (If the interfaces are correctly labeled and cannot function normally even after being powered on, it is not ruled out that there may be non-standard manufacturer labeling or other reasons. Please debug according to the following 3 unclear interface definitions)
- If the definitions of motor phase line and Hall line are not clear, you can connect the three phase lines of the motor to the interface of the drive phase line at will, and at the same time, connect the three signal lines of the Hall line to the Hall interface of the drive board at will (but the two Hall power supply lines must be found and connected correctly, remember!!!). Then, during the first power on, debug the low voltage and low current (if possible, adjust the voltage of the constant current power supply to 7-12V and the current is 1-2A), By exchanging the sequence of the three Hall wires in any order (exchanging any two between the three Hall signal wires of the motor and the drive Hall interface, and conducting a power on test every time), until it can smoothly rotate and run after power on, it indicates that the wiring is correct. There are six combinations of wiring, please refer to the following figure
True value table of motor phase line and Hall signal line
The phase line of the MA MB MC motor can be connected without moving, and only the Hall signal line can be adjusted
Corresponding Hall phase sequence connection method:- 1 ha hb hc
- 2 hc ha hb
- 3 hb hc ha
- 4 ha hc hb
- 5 hb ha hc
- 6 hc hb ha
There are 6 combination wiring methods above, 1 is correct, and 2 and 3 motors may rotate in the same direction
Moving in another direction will not rotate, and the other three types of motors will not rotate - When the wiring is incorrect, do not conduct high current and high voltage debugging, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the drive board. After replacing the three Hall signal wires, if the corresponding connections are correct, the motor runs smoothly and starts smoothly at low speed with high torque after being powered on; If the sequence of the three Hall signal wires is not matched, they generally have the following characteristics:
- After being powered on, the motor cannot start normally without any response or only shakes during startup and cannot rotate normally
- It is difficult to start with slight shaking, and sometimes it requires manual operation to turn it around
- The motor can rotate in one direction, but cannot rotate in the other direction, and some may have a slight shower sound
- The motor starts with large shaking and is weak, and there is a bath sound. The high-power tube is noticeably hot and severe.
Humanized design, interface adopts standard terminal with heat dissipation fins, integrated with speed regulating potentiometer on the board, which can be used when powered on by hand, saving time, effort, and effort
